I cannot speak more highly of Recovery 4 Fitness and its staff! My two teenage sons have been doing personal training with JT Bailey and they love it. Both are working at improving strength and mobility to help them on the soccer field, and with JT’s knowledgeable guidance, they are finding success. I am much appreciative of the time and energy that JT has given my boys and I could not find a better trainer for them.
